In terms of Regulation 33(3) and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018, which has been approved by the Board in its meeting held today, i.e. November 12, 2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:30 a.m. and concluded at 04:00 p.m. today. Also, we are enclosing herewith the Report on Limited Review of the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018 conducted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
