We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. the 30th May, 2018, inter alia, considered following matters: 1.Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 and we are enclosing herewith the following: a)Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 along with the statement of Assets and Liabilities of the Company as on that date. b)Auditors Report on the Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018. c)Declaration for unmodified opinion on Audit Report 2.Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share (35%) of face value of Rs. 10/- per equity shares for the financial year 2017-18, subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
