Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on 30th May, 2018, has approved the following: 1. The Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 together with statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date; 2. Standalone and Consolidated Independent Auditors Report for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2018. 3. Statement in the form of declaration that the report of Auditor is with modified opinion with respect to Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March, 2018. The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 a.m and concluded at 04.10 p.m. Kindly treat this as a Disclosure under Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said regulations.
