We are to inform you that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was convened today i.e. May 30, 2018, wherein the Audited IND AS Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 were considered and approved. We are sending herewith copies of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with copy of Auditors Report on the said Audited Financial Results given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
