Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial Results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2018 alongwith the Auditors Report as approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 28th May 2018. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- per share on fully paid up equity shares of the Company. We further state that the report of the Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2018.
