Please find attached herewith the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31st 2018. The above referred financial results were duly approved by Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 29th 2018, commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 01:45 p.m. Further, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (as amended), read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016, on "Disclosure of the lmpact of Audit Qualifications by the Listed Entities", we would like to confirm that the statutory auditors of the Company, have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements.
