Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and the year ended 31st March, 2018 with Declaration required in terms of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 and the Auditors Report dated 30th May 2018 thereon issued by the Auditors of the Company. The said Results have been adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. 30th May 2018.
