Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015; 2. Approval of Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half-year ended 31st March 2018; 3. Auditors Report given by Statutory Auditor of the Company; 4. Declaration with respect to unmodified opinion of the Statutory Auditors in Audited Standalone Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2018;
