we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 21st May, 2018 has inter alia considered and approved The Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018 and Recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 (10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
