The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting today i.e. on 30th May, 2018, inter-alia transacted the following business: a)Considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended 31st March, 2018 which are enclosed herewith along with the Standalone Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018. b) Auditors Report on the Standalone financial results along with Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification (with modified opinion).
