With reference to the captioned subject, please find attached enclosed herewith Unaudited Financial Result for the first quarter ended 30th June 2018 approved in the Board Meeting held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company at 2776 Pyarelal Motor Market Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006. We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company, as required under regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
