Pursuant to Regulations 30, 33 and 31A (8) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Saturday, February 9, 2019, inter-alia: 1. Considered and approved unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for the Quarter & Nine months ended December 31, 2018 along with Limited review report issued by the Auditors of the Company, in respect of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results.
