BABA ARTS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2018. Please note that in terms of the Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from Monday, the 4th February, 2019 to Thursday the 14th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
