Please take on record the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-2019 will be considered at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 30th May 2019. We are arranging for a press release about the date of Board meeting. Further, we wish to inform you that the trading window of our Company remains closed from 4.4.2019 to 1.6.2019 (both days inclusive).
