Baroda Rayon Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2018 to consider and approve, the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2018. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading window shall remain closed in connection with the declaration of Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2018 from August 02, 2018 to August 16, 2018 (both days inclusive) for its designated employees including Directors & their immediate relatives.
