BATA INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. At the said meeting, the Board of Directors would also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.
