Please find enclosed Audited financial results including consolidated financial results, in the detailed format, along with Auditors Report and Impact of Audit Qualification (for audit report with modified opinion), for the year ended 31.03.2019 together with the results for the Fourth quarter in terms of Regulation 33 of the (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The said results have been considered and approved by the Board at its 352nd meeting held on 25.05.2019. Arrangements have also been made to publish the extract of the results in a national daily (English) and local daily (Kannada) newspapers.
