BENARES HOTELS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i. approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019; ii. recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
