With reference to the earlier letter dated May 16, 2019 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on May 27, 2019, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has now informed BSE that recommendation of Final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19 will also be considered by the Board in the aforesaid meeting.
