Audited consolidated financial results as per Ind AS; ? Audited standalone financial results as per Ind AS; ? Auditors reports alongwith declaration on Auditors Report with unmodified opinion pursuant to the SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit & Risk Management Committee in its meeting held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 and based on its recommendation, approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. The Board Meeting commenced at 02:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:30 p.m. Kindly take the same on record.
