BINNY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018 In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from Tuesday, February 05, 2019 to Friday, February 15, 2019 (both days inclusive) in terms of Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading.
