BINNY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2018 In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from Tuesday, October 23, 2018 to Wednesday, November 14, 2018 (both days inclusive) in terms of Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading.
