Birla Cable Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 12th February, 2019, interalia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018. The Quarterly/Nine Months results shall be submitted for a Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
