The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 9th August, 2018, interalia, has approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the statement in the prescribed format showing the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the statutory auditors thereof.
