Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 14th November, 2018, inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. Copy of the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company - M/s. Thakur, Vaidyanath Aiyar & Co., is enclosed herewith. The Meeting was concluded at 2.20 p.m.
