This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on Thursday, 30th May, 2019 (commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 07.00 P.M.), have, inter-alia, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. A copy of the Results alongwith the Report of the Auditors of the Company, with unmodified opinion, thereon and a declaration to that effect is enclosed herewith.
