It is hereby informed that the Meeting of the board of directors will be held on Saturday, 10th February,2018 inter-alia., to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results & other related matters for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2017 Further, as per Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 31st January, 2018 to 12th February, 2018 (both days inclusive)
