This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. The Company has decided that the closure of trading window for Insiders covered under "GHCL Insider Code of Conduct would commence from 6:00 p.m. on February 05, 2018 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 14, 2018.
