This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018 at Mumbai, inter alia, - to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018; - to consider dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 Further, the Trading Window will remain closed from May 21, 2018 to the closure of business hours of June 1, 2018 (both days inclusive) for dealing in securities of the Company.
