PC Jeweller Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2018, inter alia, to: 1. consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2018; 2. consider recommendation of dividend on preference shares for the period from April 01, 2017 to September 01, 2017. 3. consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares for the financial year 2017-18. 4. consider the proposal for buy back of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company. In view of the same in terms of the Companys "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 30, 2018 to May 27, 2018 (both days inclusive).
