Repco Home Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2018, inter-alia: 1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 (financial year 2017-18) 2. To consider and recommend dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2017-18. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which had been closed on April 01, 2018, shall continue to remain closed till May 25, 2018, for the Directors, Designated employees of the Company and other specified persons as per the Companys Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
