Finolex Cables Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Company’s standalone Audited Annual Accounts, Consolidated Accounts and Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2018, recommendation of dividend for the said financial year and to approve the text of the advertisement to be released in this regard. Further, the Company will publish standalone Audited Financial Results within the prescribed period from the end of the last quarter of the financial year ended on March 31, 2017.
