Sharda Cropchem Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 09, 2018, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-18. Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated employees and connected persons of the Company from May 01, 2018 to May 11, 2018 (both days inclusive).
