BOMBAY BURMAH TRADING CORP.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Corporation for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. Further, as per the Corporations Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed from Monday, 14th January, 2019 to Wednesday, 6th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
