BOMBAY BURMAH TRADING CORP.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Corporation for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. Further, as per the Corporations Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed from Tuesday, 23rd October, 2018 to Thursday, 15th November, 2018 (both days inclusive).
