This intimation is given pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This intimation is being uploaded on the Companys website www.canfinhomes.com. Further, the trading window to deal in equity shares of the Company remain closed from December 11, 2018 to January 25, 2019 (both days inclusive).
