CAN FIN HOMES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to bring to your kind notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Co. is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, inter-alia to; (i) consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 (Financial Year 2018-19) along with the Audit report. (ii) consider and recommend dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2018-19. The annual audited standalone financial results will be published in the newspapers as prescribed in the Regulations within the prescribed period. The above intimations are given pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015. The same is being uploaded on the Companys website www.canfinhomes.com We further wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from March 11, 2019 and shall remain closed till May 02, 2019 (in terms of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015).
