Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 30, 2019, inter-alia, to; 1. consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 (Financial Year 2018-19) along with the Audit report. 2 .consider and recommend dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2018-19. Further the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from March 11, 2019 and shall remain closed till May 02, 2019 (in terms of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015).
