We wish to inform the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e., 22/10/2018, Monday at Bengaluru. The Results and related documents are submitted in the attached letter (Reg.30,33 and 52 of the said Regulations), The results, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee, has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at the above meeting.
