We wish to inform that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e., 30/04/2019, Tuesday, at Bengaluru, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31/03/2019 have been approved. In this regard, we have attached the Audited Financial Results and all other related documents in compliance of Regulation 30, 33, 52 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2018-19, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
