CARE Ratings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of CARE Ratings Limited, will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the registered office of the company, Mumbai, inter-alia, (a) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. (b). To recommend Dividend, if any for the financial year 2018-19. Further to our intimation to the Stock Exchange vide our letter dated April 01, 2019 for closure of trading window, we would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of CARE which was closed on April 01, 2019 will be opened on May 24, 2019 for dealing in the shares of CARE as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015.
