The said Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s Agarwalla Ajay Kumar & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed herewith. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:30 P.M.
