Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby enclose the Standalone Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019, approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, 20th May, 2019 along with the Auditors report. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a declaration by the Company with respect to Auditors Report with unmodified opinion is also enclosed. The Board meeting commenced at 2.15 P.M. and concluded at 3.15 P.M.
