Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30, we are enclosing herewith the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2018 together with the Limited Review report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The enclosed financial results have been duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 13th November, 2018. The Board meeting commenced at 03.00 P.M. and concluded at 03.45 P.M.
