Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2019, inter alia, to: 1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019; and 2. Consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for Financial Year 2018-19. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons is under closure till 48 (forty-eight) hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019.
