Please find enclosed the said Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report on the said financial results issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Meeting of the Board of director of the Company commenced at 11:30 a.m and concluded at 04:00 p.m.
