CERA SANITARYWARE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2018. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby informed that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from 18th January, 2019 to the date of board meeting i.e. 29th January, 2019 and 48 hours thereafter, for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel and other connected persons of the Company and the Trading Window will reopen on 1st February, 2019.
