We wish to inform you the following with respect to declaration of Postal Ballot results: - The resolutions detailed in the postal ballot notice dated 27th April, 2019 have been passed with requisite majority on 3rd June, 2019, being the last date for receipt of duly completed postal ballot forms / e-voting. - We enclose the details regarding the voting results pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI(LODR)) in respect of the declaration of postal ballot results of the Company made today and the report of Scrutiniser dated June 4, 2019 pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
