City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 17, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the following: 1. Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 and; 2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19. The trading window for dealing in the shares / securities of the Bank has already commenced from April 08, 2019 (as per Companys earlier communication to the exchange dt. April 08, 2019) and will remain closed till May 19, 2019 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Banks code of conduct on Insider Trading. The trading window will be open for trading from May 20, 2019.
