To take note of Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended 31st March 2019; 3. To take note of Cash Flow Statements for the half year ended 31st March 2019; 4. To consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for financial year 2018-19, if any. 4. To consider any other matter with the permission of Chairman, if any.
